BACANORA WATERMELON

Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Bacanora Passion
- 3 oz of natural watermelon concentrate
- 1/2 oz ancho chile liqueur
- 1 oz sweetener
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Salt
- Ice
Decoration:
Frosted and sprinkled with chili powder, a sprig of rosemary and watermelon cubes.
Preparation:
- Blend 6 pieces of watermelon with a pinch of salt, a little water and a little sweetener to create the concentrate.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Serve with ice.
