BACANORA WATERMELON

Ingredients:

  1. 2 oz of Bacanora Passion
  2. 3 oz of natural watermelon concentrate
  3. 1/2 oz ancho chile liqueur
  4. 1 oz sweetener
  5. 1 oz lemon juice
  6. Salt
  7. Ice

Decoration:

Frosted and sprinkled with chili powder, a sprig of rosemary and watermelon cubes.

Preparation:

  1. Blend 6 pieces of watermelon with a pinch of salt, a little water and a little sweetener to create the concentrate.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Serve with ice.
